Adonco Technologies provides telephone support between the hours
of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday (except holidays). We
guarantee a one-hour response time.
Telephone support covers routine questions and problems related
to the normal operation of the software. Routine is defined as any questions
that can be addressed over the telephone and do not require an on-site visit for
resolution.
We also provide after-hours and weekend support on an "as
needed" basis with prior scheduling.
