President
Terrie Noonan is the president of Adonco Technologies. Previously, Terrie was an
executive with EDS for nine years. Her last position was manager for the
National Write-Your-Own Flood Insurance Program. In that capacity, she also
served as manager of underwriting and client sales for the Omaha Property and
Casualty Insurance Company and the Aetna Insurance Company. Terrie can be

Philip Varady
Vice President
Phil Varady is responsible for supervising all implementation and software
development projects. Previously he was with the National Tire Dealers and
Retreaders Association for 11 years, rising from the MIS Director to become the

Beth Lilienstein
Vice President
Beth Lilienstein is responsible for all software development projects, including
the development of custom .NET solutions. Beth was previously product manager
for Web integration at Advanced Solutions International (ASI). Beth was also a
senior management consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where she led information
systems consulting engagements for major nonprofit clients. She has been a CPA
